We work hard to get your order to your kitchen as quickly as possible! Our standard shipping times are as follows:

  • United States & United Kingdom: 7–12 business days.

  • Other International Countries: 10–15 business days.

📌 Please Note: Shipping times do not include our standard 1–3 business day processing time required to pack and quality-check your order before it leaves our warehouse.

ORDER TRACKING

Every order includes a trackable shipping number. As soon as your Vexta order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package live.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, which means there is a very small window to change or cancel your order.

If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at support@tryvexta.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
