HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, simply follow these easy steps:

Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions within 24–48 hours.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us. (Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service).
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (Shopify Payments, Credit Card, or PayPal) within 5–7 business days.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Did your order arrive damaged or missing a part? Don't worry! If your item is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with a photo or short video of the issue. We will fast-track a brand-new replacement to you completely free of charge.
